I had a foreclose trial with David The evidence which was complex bank documents, accounting statements, Mortage agreements, service and pooling agreements ; which filled up about eight boxes were on the trial table, yet when the judge asked for a piece of paper David knew exactly where it was – he was prepared and I could see that the judge respected him and that made all the difference!

We won that trial and the bank appealed and David in no time had the appellate brief prepared with all the trial exhibits and all the details of the trial . I called this office soon after I was kicked out of my house I had just purchased by the City of N. Miami inspector as the title company & the previous owner failed to give me a certificate of Occupancy required by the County during a transfer of ownership as they fixed up the house without a permit. This Law firm was able to settle my case & provided all the fund needed to fix up the house all upto codes.
